Appointments must be booked in advance- No walk-ins.
A non refundable deposit is required and goes toward your total.
Please arrive on time. A 10- minute grace period applies, after which your appointment may be cancelled or shortened.

48 Hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations = loss of deposit.
NO- Shows may be required to pay in full upfront for future bookings.

Required at least 48 hours before certain treatments
(e.g. aesthetics, spray tans)
Missed patch tests = cancellation of service and loss of deposit.

18+ for aesthetics.
16+ for extensions and spray tans (with parental consent.)

Accepted: cash, card, bank transfer
Full payment is due on the day of service.
